Aerial Video Scouts – Drone Surveillance

There are situations when standard, manned ground surveillance will not be effective. These include limited (or risky) ground access to the area of interest, obstructions that block views, high levels of suspicion, and rural conditions. All of these prevent surveillance teams from seeing and documenting important activity. One method we use to overcome these challenges is unmanned aerial surveillance.

Our Aerial Video Scouts (drones) support our surveillance teams and fill in surveillance blind spots. Scouts are equipped with long-range lenses and whisper-quiet propeller technology to obtain the highest quality images at discreet distances.

Through sophisticated remote control, GPS navigation, and vertical take-off and landing (VTOL), our Scouts are well suited for use in rural and some urban areas. Our Scouts can silently hover and lock on any point of interest (moving or stationary) and transmit high-definition video and intelligent imagery back to the surveillance team. Flight times are 45 minutes, with ceilings up to 3,300 feet. Scouts are available for security purposes such as property surveillance, personal surveillance, counter-surveillance to identify privacy threats, and pre-surveillance when a subject is beyond line of sight from a fixed position.

Ariel Video Scouts can be hired as a solution for a specific task or recommended by our surveillance team to accompany manned surveillance when legally permissible. Operators are FAA Part107 Certified.

If you would like to request drone surveillance, please contact our office.
