Our Standard Skip-Trace is a practical and economical service to locate someone who is not hiding (for example a runaway teenager or running from law enforcement) and somewhat stable. It differs from a Missing Person investigation in that it is less complex, flat-fee based, and relies heavily on the use of current private source information; not outdated Internet “Locator” services. Location leads produced are then followed-up on and verified by a licensed investigator experienced in tracking individuals.

1. A new skip-trace request is received and the information provided is evaluated. If necessary, the investigator will follow-up with the requestor.

2. Vital statistic and other foundation information is developed on the individual being located. This information is then submitted to our very unique sources. Within 72 hours, we receive responses from our sources which include the current address on file for the individual. We then take a day or two to verify the address.

3. The requester is provided with a written report of the skip-trace results. In the rare case that a current address has not been updated or can’t be validated for target, recommendations are provided.

As with all locate services, we cannot guarantee that our efforts will be successful; but they usually are.

The sources used for each case are selected based on our initial research of the person and the background knowledge of the assignment.
